If you don't agree that Highliner Coffee Company roasted coffee is fresher and better tasting than the coffee you are presently drinking or if for any reason any Highliner gourmet coffee product fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product. We simply require the return of all unused product.

Highliner Coffee Company may routinely update the products available for sale online. Seasonal availability for specialty coffee might make it necessary to select an alternative product. Specialty Coffee is subject to strict growing seasons throughout the world so not all gourmet coffees are always available at the same time. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of when they are received. Order confirmations are not e-mailed until your credit card has been billed and the order has been shipped.
